Yep, this is another one of the gazillion Jay-Z/Black Album remix projects, but with a fresh twist...the acapellas are combined with Final Fantasy VII beats! (the picture of Cloud on the cover probably gave that away.)These aren't the beats straight out of the game but The Specialist made the beats according to the original arrangements so they're pretty spot on.
