Great Japanese band I discovered thanks to Tinees' comment/link in the CBox. The full name of this album is 'The Book About My Idle Plot On A Vague Anxiety' and it features great instrumental Post-Rock/Rock kind of music with slight jazz-influences. And I gotta say the drummer is truly talented!
