# The final product of the first issue of our independent hip hop magazine is coming closer and closer.. We are finishing up the last writings and then it's just a matter of editting, checking and improving. Stay tuned for this; gonna be dope, really!! We will (probably) release this before the end of the month or early in August.

# We get some complaints about the title of our blog, Musical Schizophrenia. That's why I want to give you my view on this.
Schizophrenia is a horrible disease and I don't want to hurt people with this disease nor I want to hurt people who know someone with schizophrenia.
My grandfather was a victim of schizophrenia, so I really know what this is all about and what it can cause. I wish everyone with this disease all the best and my heart goes out to everyone who's a 'victim' of this disease, directly but also indirectly.

About the name, it's just a metaphor. Actually, the phrase has nothing to do with the disease. Musical Schizophrenia refers to the fact that someone has a very diverge taste in music, without putting a focus on just one genre. The reason we picked this name, is because (I guess) all authors like several musical genres instead of just one. Hip Hop, Soul, Jazz, Funk, Indie and the list goes on and on. It does not refer to a musical version of the disease, or the fact that we have different personalities.
The phrase, which is pretty common, just refers to the fact we listen to a lot of music and that we are very diverse, music-wise.

My apologies to everyone who feels hurt or who feels bad because of our name, we just want to share a diverse collection of music and we do not aim at the disease at all.
