even though i dj detroit house and am very knowledgable on this style of music, i'm glad you're exposing this stuff to more people...most of the raw deep house producers came through it via hip hop. and don't just check out the big names either...look up all the shit on sound signature, fxhe, mahogani, kdj...etc.
Like the majority of the people who visit this blog, I'm a huge hip-hop fan, but I've recently begun to dive into house and other downtempo artists so this is great!!

MORE. i love ALL types of quality music. i have seen/heard moodymann and theo parrish(who is a genius!!!!) in my opinion several times. they will drop some flying lotus in their set. speaking of flying lotus, i do not recall seeing any TEEBS posts on this blog. fans of flying lotus will love TEEBS.
